Championing Survivors
Our Commitment to Ending Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence
At our advocacy network, we are unwavering in our commitment to supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Our mission is grounded in the fundamental belief that everyone deserves to live free from the scourge of sexual violence and intimate partner abuse.
Did you know that according to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, one in five women and one in 71 men will be raped at some point in their lives? Additionally, the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence reports that one in four women and one in nine men experience severe intimate partner physical violence, intimate partner contact sexual violence, and/or intimate partner stalking with impacts such as injury, fearfulness, post-traumatic stress disorder, use of victim services, contraction of sexually transmitted diseases, etc.
With compassion and determination, we strive to raise awareness about these alarming statistics and the devastating effects of these crimes on individuals and communities. We provide a supportive environment where survivors can find solidarity, resources, and hope as they navigate their journey toward healing and justice. Together, we work towards a future where sexual assault and domestic violence are not only condemned but eradicated from our society.
